About ResupplyAI

01What is ResupplyAI?

ResupplyAI is a private company that matches open DLA solicitations to the parts suppliers already stock, and works with the contractors that respond to DLA, Navy and SAM.gov solicitations.

02Is ResupplyAI part of the DLA or the government?

No. ResupplyAI is a private company. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Defense Logistics Agency or any other U.S. Government entity.

03Where do the solicitations come from?

From the government's own systems: DLA solicitations on DIBBS, Navy opportunities from NAVSUP, and Contract Opportunities on SAM.gov. We name the system behind every record.

04Does ResupplyAI use AI?

Matching is automated. A person on our team reviews each supplier quote before it goes forward, and suppliers and contractors make their own decisions. ResupplyAI supports those decisions and does not guarantee an award.

For suppliers

01Does it cost anything?

No. There is no cost to you.

02What do I need to sign up?

Your CAGE code and your company email. Personal addresses such as Gmail can't be used.

03Who do I sell to?

To contractors, not to the government. Your quote goes to contractors, companies that already respond to DLA solicitations. A contractor quotes to the government and, if it is awarded the contract with your quote, buys the parts from you.

04Do I have to bid?

No. You quote only the matches you want to, and you set your own price. The contractor is the one that bids to the government.

05Do I have to quote everything?

No. Quote the matches you want and skip the rest.

06Who sees my prices?

The contractors your quote goes to, and our team. Your prices are never published or compared in public.

07What does “Awarded elsewhere” mean?

The government awarded the contract on a different offer.

08When will I see matches?

After your account is active, your matches appear on your matches page.

09We received a message from ResupplyAI about our catalog. What now?

Create your free account with your CAGE code and your company email. Your matches appear on your matches page once the account is active.

10What about export-controlled (ITAR/EAR) parts?

At every upload you confirm your files contain no export-controlled or otherwise restricted material. Please do not send technical drawings or specifications.

For contractors

01Is ResupplyAI Managed the same product as ResupplyAI Search, with more features?

No. Managed is a service delivered by our team, by invitation. Search is a self-service subscription built on public records. They are separate products with separate terms.

02Who submits the quote?

You do. Quotes are submitted under your company and your CAGE code, and you make the certifications the solicitation requires.

03Do you guarantee awards?

No. The government awards on its own evaluation. We support your decision and do not guarantee an outcome.

04How do I become a Managed client?

Join the waitlist. Our team reviews each request, and Managed is offered by invitation.

05How does the Search free trial work?

You get 14 days of Search with no card required. When the trial ends, Search pauses until you choose a plan. Nothing is charged automatically.

06What does Search cost?

$49 a month or $490 a year, plus applicable taxes. Plans renew automatically until you cancel.

07How do I cancel Search?

From your account, at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.

08Do you have inventory of your own?

No. Quotes come from independent suppliers that hold the parts.

About DLA buying

01How big are most DLA awards?

Small. In fiscal year 2025, 99.4% of the DLA's 3,761,756 contract awards and orders were $350,000 or less, and together they carried 34% of its contract dollars. Source: USAspending.gov, retrieved Oct 2, 2026.

02How fast must traceability evidence be sent?

Within 2 days of the contracting officer's request, unless the request sets another date. Otherwise the offer is not considered. Source: DLAD procurement note L04, paragraph (g).

03How long are traceability records kept?

Six years after final payment under the contract. At a minimum, the record names the item, its part number or NSN, the manufacturer and its CAGE code, and every company between the manufacturer and the government. Source: DLAD procurement note C03.
