1. Data we collect
- Account & identity, company name, CAGE code, contact name, business email, team member logins, password (stored hashed).
- Business & inventory data, the stock you upload (NSN, P/N, quantity, condition, lead time, certifications) and the prices you set.
- Quotes & activity, quotes submitted, trace responses (provided, or no-trace with reason), awards, and purchase orders.
- Uploaded documents & media, files you attach: inventory sheets, certificates of conformance, traceability documents, item photos, and purchase orders.
- Technical & usage, logins, device and IP address, and activity logs needed to run and secure the service.
We do not collect special-category personal data, we do not sell your data, and we use no third-party advertising trackers. If we publish a mobile app, this list also drives the App Store / Google Play privacy labels. Pending counsel
2. How we use it
To match your inventory to DLA solicitations, forward your quotes to buyers, notify you of trace requests and wins, and keep the platform secure. We never sell your data, and we never share your pricing with other suppliers.
3. Who can see what
Suppliers never see other suppliers. You don't see the buyer until an award, and the buyer doesn't see you until then. Only ResupplyAI's internal operations team can see across both sides, and only to run the matching service.
4. Storage & security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and access is restricted to your company account. We apply reasonable safeguards, access controls, audit logging, and validation of uploaded files. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.
5. Retention & your choices
We keep your data while your account is active. You can update or remove inventory anytime, disconnect your data source, or request account deletion by contacting us. Notification preferences are managed in Settings.
6. Cookies
We use only essential cookies needed to keep you signed in and secure the session. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.
