1. Scope
This policy covers ResupplyAI Search. It does not cover the supplier platform or ResupplyAI Managed, which have separate terms.
2. What we collect and why

Search shows public Government information. We use the personal data in this table only to provide Search to you; we do not use it to serve other customers.
3. What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as an opt-out of any sale or sharing.
- We do not claim to collect special-category data; please do not enter any.
4. Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run Search, under contract: [payment processor], [email delivery provider], [hosting provider], [error monitoring/analytics, if any]. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety, or in a business transfer.
5. Automated and AI processing
See the AI Disclosure [link]. We do not use your saved searches, notes or other content to train AI models, and our AI providers may not use them for training. The list of AI providers, what each receives and where it processes it is at [link], and we update it before adding or replacing one.
6. Retention
We keep account data while your account is active. When you cancel, your account is marked inactive, not deleted, and stays available for reactivation or export; you can ask us to delete it (section 8). Backups rotate every [90] days and security logs are kept for [12] months. Billing records are kept for [to be completed] years as required for tax/accounting.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the data. No system is perfectly secure.
8. Your choices and rights
You can access, correct or ask us to delete your account data by writing to info@resupplyai.com, subject to legal retention needs. Depending on your state (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia or others) you may have additional rights to know, correct, delete and opt out. You can unsubscribe from alerts in the email or in settings.
